Having visited Turkey several times, I can confidently say it's a challenge to replicate the authentic flavors in the US, mainly due to the differences in meat quality. But Masal nails it! We started with a mixed cold appetizers plate, which was a delightful introduction to the meal. The Masal mixed grill platter was the star of the evening, featuring an array of meats including chicken kebob, chicken adana kebob, chicken wings, lahmacun, beef kebob, and lamb adana kebob. The homemade pot of tea we had after the meal was exquisite, rounding out a truly authentic dining experience. The service was impeccable, earning Masal Cafe an easy five stars from me.
